Land of the  Giants !!

Iowa is well known for its giant whitetails and Clarke county, Iowa is no exception. We are limiting our hunts to 10 bowhunts a year.  As part of our intensive QDM program we feel that this is the right amount to maintain an excellent trophy buck ratio as well as increase your chances at tagging a P&Y or better animal.  We are implementing a doe management program as well to ensure we have a great buck to doe ratio that will allow for excellent rut hunting action with lots of whitetail activity.

As part of our QDM practice we request that bucks arrowed have a minimum antler width as wide as their ears and be at least an eight point. Bucks that do not meet this requirment will be charged a non trophy fee of $500.00.
