I found a back water full of fish!

I am fixing fish points and cleaning retreiver reels as I found the most awesome ditch filled with carp and gar. I did a 17 minute hunt on the flooded road ditch and I shot 8 fish and missed about that many more. We are going to get serious about it in the morning and I will have pics and guidance on finding hot spots like this in my next entry. I wil also go into the poor features of the Bohning fish points and how to fix them to prevent fold back and pull off problems. I fixed 4 of them and I think I will break the line now before the barbs fold back again! Wish me luck!
