I have had a terrible week, the hours at work have been crazy and I have had issues with several employees. I haven't had time to journal or actually get out and do anything worth journaling about! I left Friday night for Minnesota and a friends house and that started one of the best weekends I have had in a long time. We scouted for deer and found 5 locations for bow stands, found about a pound of Morel mushrooms, caught a bunch of chubs and suckers in a creek, caught several pike up to 35", largemouth up to 19" smallmouth upto 17", walleye upto 24", and I lost a BIG crappie at the bank, all in one tiny pond! we moved to a pool in a creek and I caught 3 really nice rainbows, took a guy turkey hunting this morning and he shot a great bird, fished the pond tonight and caught a pile of big bluegills and several crappies, got the garden planted and mowed the yard... almost can't believe I got it all done in 2 days. I will be writing the stories and sharing pics this week as I will get back in the habit of writing daily. Thanks for being here, I appreciate it, Matt
