The night before season... it's only one night away!

I sit here almost amazed, the season is only one night away. The list of things to do before season, is still long, and time feels so short, only one night away. I leave in the morning for the first hunt of the year, a long trek to New Mexico. This trip will last as long as is needed, the season is 5 days, and I am willing to use them all. I have high hopes, not just for this week, but for the entire year. I have multiple 150"+ whitetails scouted and I am fairly sure that taking a couple of them will possible. I have lofty goals for doe management for this fall, I have taken over 50 big game animals in a single fall, I will greatly exceed that this year. I intend to set and meet a very high personal goal. The biggest goal I have this fall is to have loads of fun with out pushing my wife into the "almost" ready for a divorce stage again. Good luck to all this fall, stay with me as I will be trying to bring the antelope hunt to you daily. Only one night away.
